1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the OpxKit website, waitlist, or any associated services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use OpxKit.
2. Description of Services

At this time, OpxKit only offers a waitlist registration service. Full marketplace features will be available upon launch. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
When using OpxKit, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information when registering.
- Not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
- Not transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
The OpxKit name, logo, website design, and all content produced by OpxKit (including documentation, marketing materials, and product descriptions) are the exclusive intellectual property of OpxKit and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
5. Marketplace Content & Kits
Once the marketplace launches, kits and assets listed on OpxKit will be subject to individual licensing terms set by their creators. OpxKit acts as a platform facilitating transactions between buyers and creators — we do not endorse any specific kit or guarantee fitness for a particular purpose.
All kits sold on OpxKit must comply with our Creator Guidelines (published at launch). OpxKit reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
